To insulate against neighbour noise, you'll need Akoestikon Acoustic Studs, available in 60mm or 120mm sizes, along with vibration-isolating Polypress Strips and Akoestikon Insulation Wool. Begin by fixing Polypress strips on the floor, walls, and ceiling. Next, install Akoestikon Acoustic Studs or acoustic rails on the wall or ceiling. Fill the space with Akoestikon Insulation Wool and cover it with multiple layers of plasterboard. Ensure the plasterboard does not make direct contact with the building structure by using Polypress strips.
