Complaints and Disputes

We strive for 100% satisfaction of our customers. If you have a complaint about our services and/or products, we would like to hear from you. Send an e-mail to Clearly state in the subject line that it concerns a complaint. The email should contain the following information:
  • Your complaint (as specific as possible).
  • Your address details.
  • Your telephone number so that we can reach you for questions and/or a response.
  • Your order number (if it concerns an order).

You will receive a substantive response to your complaint as soon as possible, but never later than one week.
