Complaints and Disputes

Complaint or unsatisfied?
We strive for 100% satisfaction of our customers. If you have a complaint about our services and/or products, we would like to hear from you. Please send an e-mail to customerservice@acousticshop.co.uk. Clearly state in the subject line that it concerns a complaint. The email should contain the following information:
 
        • Your complaint, as specific as possible.
        • Your address details.
        • Your phone number, so that we can reach you for questions and/or a response.
        • Your order number, if it concerns an order. 

You will receive a substantive response to your complaint as soon as possible, but never later than one week.
