Send an e-mail to customerservice@acousticshop.co.uk Clearly state in the subject line that it concerns a complaint. The email should contain the following information:
- Your complaint (as specific as possible).
- Your address details.
- Your telephone number so that we can reach you for questions and/or a response.
- Your order number (if it concerns an order).
You will receive a substantive response to your complaint as soon as possible, but never later than one week.
