Registration in web shop

In order to have access to certain parts of our web shop you first need to registrate yourself. After registration the personal data that you provided is retained under the username you entered. If you also use the address book in your account, the address details are retained as well, allowing you to place a new order without entering this data again, and in order for us to contact you for the purpose of carrying out this agreement.

We will not share the data linked to your username with third parties, unless this proves necessary for the purpose of carrying out the agreement that you concluded with us or in case of a legal obligation. If we suspect fraud or misuse of our web shop we are allowed to share your personal data with the competent authorities.


Processing orders

In order to process the orders that you place and to administratively register them we process your personal data, such as name and address, telephone number, e-mail and bank account details. We do this in accordance with the legal bases ‘execution of an agreement’ and the legal (administrative) requirements. We save these details in the way that is required by relevant legislations.


Reviews

When you placed an order via our web shop, we can ask you to write a review on our website or via our partner Kiyoh, because the feedback we get from our visitors helps us to continue to develop and improve our web shop.

In case you decide to write a review, you can choose yourself if you share your name or other personal data. We are curious to hear the opinions of our visitors, but reserve the right to refrain from publishing the reviews. However, this is very exceptional. Your personal data is being used by Acousticshop.co.uk to contact the winner(s) and to monitor the delivery of the awards.

The processing of your personal data is based on your permission when you choose to participate in a contest. You reserve the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at all times. In case you choose to do so, the Acousticshop will not be able to offer you the aforementioned services. We save your personal data for 30 more days after the contest has finished. Contact form

In the interest of both you and Merford and in favour of an optimal service delivery, we offer the opportunity to ask questions by means of a contact form via our website, wherein various data is requested in order to be able to answer your question. The data you send us is being saved as long as necessary to fully answer and process your question, depending on the type of form and the content of your e-mail, and will be deleted after 1 year after the latest moment of contact.


Newsletter

We offer a newsletter with which we inform those who are interested about our products and/or services. We only send it if you give your consent by way of subscribing to the newsletter. Your e-mail will automatically be added to the list of subscribers. Every newsletter contains a link that allows you to unsubscribe and therewith withdraw your consent


Location data

In case this proves necessary for a service, we can collect your location data (GPS). Before we do this, we ask your consent at the moment itself
