Merfoplex

Merfoplex are sandwich panels made up of two layers of plywood, Okoume or Poplar, with an insulating core ground sheet glued in between. The addition of Isomat ensures minimal resonance in the plate material and a high insulation value. 
 
Merfoplex can be used in homes for making or insulating wooden floors and walls. In (luxury) yacht building, Merfoplex is used for making engine casings, walls and as a base for a deck or floor (often in combination with vibration-isolating Regufoam Strips on the trusses).
