Vibration Isolation: Damping Vibrations by Decoupling

Isolating vibrations to counter impact noise
By using vibration dampers, decoupling plates or decoupling strips you ensure that vibration that may cause resonance (perceivable as impact noise) is not transmitted to a construction. This principle is also referred to as acoustic decoupling. Various noise problems can be solved by seperating the source that causes the vibration from its surrounding environment, which is the case for washing machines, industrial machines, and swimming pool pumps. But also structures like walls, floors and ceilings can be decoupled.

Below you will find all products for isolating vibrations.
