What acoustic piano coasters do
These piano dampers, or piano coaster, isolate and reduce vibrations and serve as floor protection coasters. The dampers are made of black coated steel elements with Regufoam vibration insulation underneath (the steel elements cannot touch the floor). These pianodampers reduce vibrations to the floor, and thus to neighbours, by functioning as a 'spring' between the instrument and the floor. By reducing resonances, the sound of the piano can, in some cases, be positively influenced, the piano can then sound a bit fuller and more clear. The dampers are not designed for this.

Where to apply
Use this set of piano dampers to reduce impact noise from the instrument to neighbours or when the piano resonates the floor of a stage. A stage or light floor can give a distorted sound due to resonances and vibrations. You can also use the dampers as piano coasters to protect your floor. The piano cannot be moved standing on these dampers.

What are the properties
This damper set consists of a double steel element with high-quality vibration-insulating Regufoam D300 base. A firm and robust foam material that will isolate your instrument's vibrations for years to come.

• Damper height unloaded: 35 mm.
• Colour: black (RAL9005).
• Max. load for the whole set: 525 kg.
• 1 set = 4 piano dampers (piano coasters).

Points of attention
The size of the instrument's legs or casters must not exceed 155 x 155 mm. To reduce airborne noise (sounds) coming from the soundboard, it is better to purchase the complete Piano Acoustics package. In addition to these 4 piano dampers, this set also contains 3 acoustic panels that are large enough to place between the wall and your piano.
