Steel plates for anti-drumming
Zincor steel plates are used in combination with Vibradamp A90P two-component anti-drumming paste for insulating vibrations in steel, aluminium or polyester. Mostly used in boats, yachts and ships to reduce engine and propeller noise. Purchase per 50 pieces (1 m²) or a multiple thereof.

What it is and does:
Zincor steel plates are used in combination with Vibradamp anti-drumming paste and compound to create a "sandwich" insulation solution for aluminium, steel or polyester thicker than 5 mm. In this case a Sandwich Anti-drumming is a better solution than bitumen damping sheets. These products, and method of isolation, is ideal for isolating resonances in steel structures of ships and yachts made of steel, aluminium or polyester.
Applications
Sandwich Anti-drumming is widely used in ships and yachts to isolate vibrations in- and from the transom, dividing walls (hull) and the hull around the propeller, bow thruster and stern. Various other areas of application are steel loading docks, tail lifts, waste and transport containers and steel constructions thicker than 4 millimetre can be optimally insulated or isolated with Vibradamp A90P and Zincor plates.
How to order
The Zincor plates can be ordered with a minimum purchase of 50 pieces and in multiples of 50 pieces (100, 150, 200 and so on). With one bucket of Vibradamp A90P paste you can apply about 150 Zincor plates, thus isolate about 3 m² of resonating surface.
